 Mike Muzik can help just about anybody who is serious about helping themselves. It didn't take long for me to learn that Mike knows what he is doing on all levels of conditioning and improving performance. I spent 6 years of  not looking or feeling like I wanted. Finally, I was  able to achieve the results I was looking for.
Mike really brings it to the table. He is observant and makes adjustments ensuring the sessions are a positive  experience.  For me, the big difference was what I learned about technique, repetition and mixing it up all different ways. I found the time to be  full of  information, fun and action packed. 
The 1st thing  Mike asked me is what my goals were. I told Mike I wanted a slender but muscular body like an NBA player. Also, that I still  wanted to be able to play tennis when I'm 80 years old. Mike didn't seem to think that was asking for too much. He put a plan together,  and  immediately we got to work. I have been able to keep the 12 pounds off and added muscle.  Also, I have much more energy. I'm performing not only better in sports but in life.
I wasn't sure a trainer was the way to go and some friends told me not to bother. Well, Mike proved me wrong, I am happy to say.
