Whatever we did on Thursday was so helpful
to my back. I am sure that the stretch with the pull down bar (the one you said I did so well) and of course the stretching
you did with my legs while I lay down on the bench both helped a lot,
I was 100% for a day and a half and then
I have had a couple of twinges today, so clearly I am not fully cured, but definitely on the way.
