I worked out with Mike to get ready for my wedding --
to get that extra help I couldn't give myself. Mike made working out fun, even when I was on my own, giving me customized,
goal-specific sets to do on a regular rotation, while also mixing it up in our regular once- or twice-weekly sessions. Initially
I thought 10 sessions would give me the push I needed to do the rest on my own, but the results were so great, and he was
such a partner in my goals, that I ended up working out with Mike for six months. By the time the end-goal came around, I
never looked better, and never felt better. I work out regularly in general, but knew I wanted to tone as much as I could,
since my dress showed off my back and shoulders, and lots of cameras would be going off! We worked out a schedule to work
every body part, but the strength and tone I built in my arms and back were beyond what I'd ever imagined I could get to.
I highly recommend Mike as a trainer. He has the experience, the knowledge, the creativity and the personality to get you
to your goals -- whatever they may be. And it will be fun. He's honest and generous, but also tough and serious. You won't
notice the time go by, but you'll feel and see the change before you know it.
